I went out to Colorado for a friend's wedding and did some hiking in the Rockies. It's beautiful out there. The tops of the peaks were still covered in snow and it was a totally new hiking experience for me. This trip made me buy a GPS as I decided to be an idiot tourist who thinks he's macho and not affected by high altitude, resulting in getting lost, hiking five peaks instead of one, and being late to the wedding! That deserves an eye roll.
